How do I track my Order?

You will need Order Number and Email/Phone Number  OR Tracking Number.  You can find your order# in your order confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in your shipping notification email.

How do i cancel my order?

You CAN cancel your order BEFORE it has been collected by the shipping carrier. We do try and get our orders out quickly, so we ask you to let us know straight away.

Unfortunately, once orders have been shipped they can’t be cancelled. We do offer returns however, so please visit the returns policy and process at

Do you charge a return fee?

Yes , we charge 7.99$ as Return Shipping Fee.

I’ve mailed back my return. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email that we’ve received your return, and your refund to your original mode of payment will be processed within 5 business days.
