Step 2. IvyandEarth Customer service Team shares the Product Catalog with MOQ and Pricing based on specific customer requests. Provide digital mockups for co-branding if requested.
Step 3. Customer consent to Letter of Intent to finalize the Products , Order Units , Pricing and Procurement lead time/Delivery time , Terms of Payment.
Step 4. Order finalized , invoice and 50% payment processed.
Step 5. IvyandEarth Customer Service team communicates on Order fulfillment and Delivery.
We require a minimum of 50 units and at least a total purchase price of 2500$ to qualify as a bulk order. All bulk orders are discounted at 10% of MSRP.
If your order does not meet these qualifications, we would be happy to see if there is some other way we might be able to assist you in fulfilling your request.

Yes, we can provide digital mockups for co-branding before finalizing your order. We will need digital brand logo file (Adobe Illustrator .ai file)
If you’re ordering blank products and the units are in stock, once payment posts we can typically have your order shipped within 7-14 business days.
If you are ordering blank products and units are NOT in stock, once payment posts we can typically have your order shipped within 3-4 weeks.
If your order includes co-branding services, once payment is received and digital mockups have been approved, the average lead time is6-8 weeks. This lead time may vary during the holiday season.
No, we do not ship internationally for corporate and group sale orders. All orders must be shipped to a single address within the USA.
